How the free trial works
From sign-up to activation — every step of trying GuideMia software, and how to cancel if it's not for you.
1. Create your account
Click Sign up in the top-right corner and create your GuideMia account with an email and password, or continue with Google or Facebook. If you already use Cympha, sign in with the same account.
Browsing is free — no payment details are asked for until the final Stripe step.
2. Choose your plan
From the Plans page, pick a product and click See plans. Each tier card lists its features; billing is monthly by default, and annual billing saves 10%.
On your first subscription to a product the button reads Start 15-day free trial — the trial applies automatically, no promo code needed. Repeat subscriptions and lifetime purchases don't include a trial.
Not ready for a subscription at all? The Pay-per-case starter pack (10 credits, no recurring charge) lets you pay per action instead.
3. Enter your payment method
Review your selection and click Continue to Stripe. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
A card is required to start the trial, but today's total is $0. Your subscription begins automatically on day 15, and you receive a reminder email before the first charge. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
If you add a 1:1 training session at checkout, the training fee is billed today — only the subscription itself is free during the trial.
4. Download the software
As soon as your trial starts you receive an order-confirmation email with direct download links for your product's Windows installers — no waiting, nothing is shipped.
The same installers are always available under Software downloads on your My Subscription page.
5. Activate your desktop
No license file arrives in the mail — you generate an activation code yourself, whenever you're ready. After installing the software, open My Subscription and click Generate activation code.
The code is valid for 10 minutes and activates one machine: enter it in the desktop software's activation prompt and you're in. Moving to a different PC later? Click Transfer to new machine — the new code deactivates the old device automatically.
CBCT Segmentation is the exception: it needs no activation code, because it runs through the Cympha Agent Manager paired to your account.
6. Start your first project
In both Implant Master and OrthoPlus, click New to create a project from your scan files (CBCT, intra-oral or model scans), or Open to open an existing project file.
Keep the computer online while you work — the software validates your license over the internet.
Minimum hardware: an Intel Core i7 CPU and an NVIDIA RTX GPU (RTX 3060, 4060, or 5050 and up).
7. Cancel anytime
Open My Subscription and click Cancel subscription. Cancel during the trial and you keep access until the trial ends — the subscription is never charged.
After the trial converts, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until that date and no further charges are made. Payments already made are non-refundable.
Changed your mind? Click Resume before the end date and your subscription continues uninterrupted.
